  • Returns require a copy of the invoice and a Return Authorization number.
  • Warranty covers parts only; no labor or incidental costs.
  • Warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, overheating, abuse, or neglect.

At Heavy Duty Parts Company, core returns play a critical role in keeping operations efficient and product costs low for all our customers. Returning your original cylinder heads is simple and free—we include a core return label on the box, and the shipping is on us.

Our core return policy operates on an honor system, meaning we will not charge you if you don’t send back a core. However, returning cores is highly encouraged. These cores provide us with essential smaller components like springs, retainers, and keepers, which help keep our remanufacturing process sustainable and our prices competitive for everyone.

For certain cylinder heads, receiving cores back is especially valuable in helping us maintain quality and affordability across our products. For some products we do not require a core to return but it depends on the cylinder head and/or part.
