Complete Driver & Passenger Side Set — Gen 3 Coyote Heads Rebuilt To OEM Specifications
This remanufactured pair of JR3E casting cylinder heads is a direct-fit replacement for the Gen 3 5.0L Coyote V8 in 2018–2021 Ford F-150 pickups. Both the left (driver) and right (passenger) side aluminum DOHC heads are included, fully rebuilt and ready to install — the right fix for dropped valves, worn guides, or overheating damage. Important: These are Gen 3 (JR3E) castings and do not interchange with Gen 1 or Gen 2 (2011–2017) Coyote heads. Please verify your casting number before ordering.
🔧 Our In-House Machining Process
- Thoroughly Cleaned: Each head is fully disassembled and hot-tank cleaned to remove all oil, carbon, and debris.
- Soda Blasted: Gently restores the casting surface without damaging the aluminum.
- Pressure Tested: Every head is pressure tested to detect cracks and porosity before it goes any further.
- Precision Resurfaced: Deck surfaces are machined flat to OEM specifications for a perfect head gasket seal.
- Complete Valve Job: Valves, seats, and guides are inspected, machined, and vacuum tested for proper sealing on all 32 valves.
