Our core return policy operates on an honor system, meaning we will not charge you if you don’t send back a core. However, returning cores is highly encouraged. For certain cylinder heads, receiving cores back is especially valuable in helping us maintain quality and affordability across our products. For some products we do not require a core to return but it depends on the cylinder head and/or part. If you don’t have a core to return, please reach out, and we’ll be glad to discuss alternative options. • Coverage: Heavy Duty Parts Company provides a two-year unlimited mileage parts warranty. A warranty card will be included with your invoice.
• Terms: By purchasing the cylinder head, you agree to the following warranty terms:
  • Keep the heat tab intact and unaltered.
  • Include a copy of the invoice and a Return Authorization number for returns.
  • The warranty covers parts only; labor and incidental costs are not covered.
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, overheating, abuse, or neglect.
