The Chrysler 3.7L PowerTech engine is known for its durability, but it has one major factory weakness: OEM valve seats that can drop out and cause catastrophic engine failure. Our premium replacement cylinder head is engineered with hardened valve seats to fix this known issue permanently. This universal casting is a direct “bolt-on” solution for all 3.7L engines from 2002 to 2013, designed to fit both EGR and Non-EGR equipped vehicles.

Debris-Free Preparation: Every new casting is chemically cleaned and blown out to remove all residual machining oils and manufacturing debris, ensuring your oiling system remains uncontaminated from the first start-up.
In-House Precision Machining: All final machine work is performed in-house, including precision valve seat cutting and guide sizing for perfect geometry and clearances.
Pressure & Integrity Testing: We pressure-test every head to 60 PSI. This verifies that the casting is 100% free of porosity leaks or internal defects that could compromise the cooling or oiling systems.
Dimensional Inspection: Our technicians perform a multi-point inspection of the gasket-sealing surface. This ensures the head is perfectly flat and meets tight OEM tolerances for a flawless fit.
Professional Assembly: Valvetrain components are installed and verified in a clean-room environment. We check spring heights and seal seating to ensure the assembly is ready for immediate use.
Vacuum-Seal Verification: Every intake and exhaust port is Vacuum Tested. This guarantees a 100% airtight seal between the valves and seats, ensuring maximum compression and peak performance.
