Restore your 3.7L PowerTech V6 to peak condition while addressing its most critical factory flaw. These cylinder heads are engineered with hardened valve seats to prevent the catastrophic failure common in OEM castings where seats drop and destroy the engine. This “Master Kit” is a universal bolt-on solution for 2002–2013 3.7L engines (EGR and Non-EGR), designed for owners who want to perform a comprehensive refresh while reusing their existing camshafts and rockers.

  • Pressure & Integrity Testing: We pressure-test every head to 60 PSI to verify that the casting is 100% free of porosity leaks or internal defects.
  • Dimensional Inspection: Gasket-sealing surfaces are verified for perfect flatness, ensuring a flawless seal that meets or exceeds tight OEM tolerances.
  • Professional Assembly: Valvetrain components are installed in a clean-room environment. We verify spring heights and seal seating so the assembly is ready for immediate installation.
  • Vacuum-Seal Verification: Every port undergoes Vacuum Testing to guarantee a 100% airtight seal between the valves and seats for maximum compression.
