No Upfront Core Charge

We do not charge a core fee at the time of purchase. We trust our customers to return their old units within the specified timeframe.

Core Return Requirements

• Cores are due within 30 days of purchase.

• Warranty Warning: If a core is not returned within 60 days, the product warranty is voided.

• Unreturned Core Fees:

  • Units under $600: $200 fee

  • Units $600 and above: $400 fee
