Parts arrived as promised. Ported heads gave me that low end torque and high rev HP I was looking for! ...if only I did the cam at the same time.

This remanufactured pair of cylinder heads is a direct-fit replacement for the 3.0L EcoDiesel V6 found in 2014–2019 Ram 1500 pickups and Jeep Grand Cherokees. Both the left (driver) and right (passenger) side aluminum DOHC heads are included, fully rebuilt and ready to install — the ideal fix for cracked heads, dropped valve seats, or overheating damage common on these engines. Important: These heads fit Gen 1 and Gen 2 (2014–2019) EcoDiesel engines only — they are NOT compatible with the redesigned 2020+ Gen 3 EcoDiesel.
🔧 Our In-House Machining Process
- Thoroughly Cleaned: Each head is fully disassembled and hot-tank cleaned to remove all oil, carbon, and debris.
- Soda Blasted: Gently restores the casting surface without damaging the aluminum.
- Pressure Tested: Every head is pressure tested to detect cracks and porosity — critical on these aluminum diesel heads.
- Precision Resurfaced: Deck surfaces are machined flat to OEM specifications for a perfect head gasket seal.
- Complete Valve Job: Valves, seats, and guides are inspected, machined, and vacuum tested for proper sealing on all 24 valves.
