A complete driver + passenger side set of remanufactured 6.4L HEMI cylinder heads — fully assembled with valves and springs and ready to bolt on.
This listing is for a matched pair of remanufactured cylinder heads for the 6.4L HEMI “Big Gas Engine” (BGE) found in 2014–2025 Ram heavy duty trucks and chassis cabs. Each head is fully remanufactured in-house, vacuum tested, and assembled with valves and springs.
IMPORTANT – VERIFY YOUR CASTING NUMBER BEFORE ORDERING: These heads carry casting numbers 05045468AE / 05045468AF (service part numbers 68280506AD driver side, 68280507AC passenger side) and fit the 6.4L TRUCK engine only. They do NOT fit 6.4L SRT / 392 car and SUV applications (Challenger, Charger, 300, Durango SRT, Grand Cherokee SRT), which use a different casting.
In-House Machining Process
- Complete disassembly, hot tank cleaning, and pressure testing to confirm casting integrity
- Precision crack inspection on every casting — cracked cores are scrapped, never repaired and resold
- Deck surface PCD milled to a super-smooth finish for reliable MLS head gasket sealing on these aluminum castings
- New valve stem seals installed on every head; valve guides and valve seats replaced as necessary
- Multi-angle valve job performed on all 16 seats, then vacuum tested to verify a perfect seal on every cylinder
- Valve springs inspected and pressure tested to OEM spec before final assembly
- Final assembly and quality inspection performed in-house to AERA specifications
