What is the Return Policy?
Parts purchase from Heavy Duty Parts Company may be returned within 30 days of date on invoice. Part must be unused and uninstalled and will be inspected for damages upon arrival before credit is issued. Once part has been verified to be unused and free of any damages a refund will be issued for the part only, no shipping charges will be refunded. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Customers must contact Heavy Duty Parts Company for a return authorization number before part is returned.
